1.  How hot is your hot?

Answer:  If you are a spice wuss order Mild first :)  Its Franks or Classic Louisiana Level Hot Unless You want hotter...

2.  Do you have a paper menu?

Answer:  No.  with the current product availabilty commodity pricing changing frequently with current inflation, and many items we make arent listed for the public*** or not available daily, we see no need for a paper menu.  We strive to keep prices and availabilty on our website.  Times are changing and many places are moving away from paper.

 

3.  What are your hours?  Why are they not listed on your door?

Answer:  Our Hours are maintained on GOOGLE ONLY.  Our public hours vary with the season. Generally we are available during the dinner peak hour to the general public.  This varies by season with shorter hours in colder months and expanded hours in Spring.  Weekend hours change during NFL Football Season to be available Sundays.  Its a simple schedule that works for the majory of the working class on a normal schedule.  The reason for only providing hours on google, is the hours can be changed in a short time window should an issue arise.  We do commute from another site out of area, so the exact open time may be off. (You know our area, trains and construction traffic affect open times 15 or so minutes)  But we always stay until the listed closing time or later.

 

 

**All prices listed on this page are all inclusive cash prices.  Using a card will change the prices.

 

Orders will be made at the counter. ZERO CALLS accepted. This is no different from most QSRs.

This maintains the atmosphere of our Gaming Lounge, and keeps our counter service moving quickly as we constantly come and go from the kitchen.

 

Anyone thats ordered from Boss Wings can confirm there is NOT a long wait time (90% have their order in less than 10-15 minutes. (Because my focus is on making the orders, not answering phones lol.)  Some people choose to order and leave, and return, and 99% of them their order sits.  We have no heaters or nasty holding cabinets here...  The only exception to service times is those who specifically go eat during that peak restaurant hour... (530-630pm during most seasons)  During a peak hour some in-depth orders may exceed 20 minutes because of multiple people ordering scattered items.

This simple menu is how we maintain quick, efficent service, and hopefully avoid any unncessary questions for those who took the few minutes to propertly read it.  We spend our time cooking and making sure our guest get the quickest service possible. No time for 20 questions during peak hour and 99% of questions are answered on this page.
